Mario Kart Arcade GP VR is set wow crowds at Namco Bandai's VR ZONE amusement centre in Shinjuki, Japan, when it opens later this month.
According to NintendoEverything (via IGN), Bandai Namco will also open VR Zones elsewhere, starting with London sometime this summer.
Mario Kart Arcade GP VR (which doesn't exactly roll of the tongue) utilises the HTC Vive VR headset which puts you into the seat of one of the many karts available for a truly immersive and fairly chaotic first-person view of all the action.
This means you'll experience the colourful and vibrant Mario Kart world in full 3D, whilst you hoist green shells into the air ready to unleash them all while dodging towering piranha plants. You view the action for yourself below.
