Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment has officially unveiled its racing game tie-in to the upcoming Cars 3 film.
The first title developed by Avalanche Software since the studio was purchased by Warner Bros earlier this year, Cars 3: Driven To Win is described by its publisher as a "world-class competitive racing game that features beloved characters from the upcoming Disney Pixar Cars 3 film".
Set after the events of Cars 3, Cars 3: Driven To Win will contain 20 tracks across 13 locations, with Radiator Springs and the Florida International Speedway being the first two locales confirmed for the title. Six different game modes will be hosted across the aforementioned areas – though, as with the customisation feature, no additional details on these modes were included in the official announcement.
Cars 3: Driven To Win will go on sale later this year on 13th July, and will be available on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo WiiU and Nintendo Switch.
