News Carmageddon Reincarnation Steam Early Access update adds new track, 3 cars and more

Stainless Games' Carmageddon Reincarnation has received its first update on Steam Early Access, adding a truckload of new content for its sadistic fanbase.
The headline addition is a new street track aptly named 'Bleak City,' along with three fan-favourite cars from past games in the series: the Electric Blue, which even includes an 'Electro Bastard Ray' for zapping hapless pedestrians, The Plow and the Annhilator.
A host of new performance options have also been added to make the game run smoother. Carmageddon Reincarnation is still a pre-alpha so performance problems are still present, but the update is noticeably more optimised than its previous release overall.
A detailed changelog can be found on the Carmageddon forum. We'll be bringing you some of our own thoughts and some gorey gameplay videos from the latest Carmageddon Reincarnation build shortly.
