Beach Buggy Racing is making its way over to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One consoles in just a matter of days. The game first launched on mobile devices as a free to play title and developer, Vector Unit, say the game is completely re-tuned, remastered and refined to make for a more premium experience for the console users.
This means the game will ofcourse be rid of its timers, ads and in-app purchases, the developers have also had to re-tune the game's economy so you can earn upgrades easier and faster.
The game actually gives you full access to the its complete tally of cars and powerups from the start this time around, and there's a new 1000 HP series added to the Career Mode too.
The new console versions will have split screen 'out of the box'. The Playstation 4 version will allow you to play with up to four players and with the Xbox One you'll be racing with as many as six. The console versions also see the introduction of the usual achievements and trophies too.
Beach Buggy Racing will run a buttery smooth 60 fps and at a crisp 1080p on both consoles even in split screen mode Vector Unit assures us. The game will be available as a digital version for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One consoles, it will launch on May 29 and is said to cost just $9.99.
Was the Playstation 4 and Xbox One crying out for a fun kart racer?
