Slightly Mad Studios has revealed that the Aston Martin Vulcan and the McLaren P1 GTR will be included in Project CARS 2's car roster.
The Vulcan contains a 7 litre V12 engine which is good for over 800 bhp, couple that with the fact that the Aston Martin only weighs 1400 Kgs and you have a pure thoroughbred beast on your hands that makes Aston Martin's own V12 Le Mans racer blush.
Only 24 Vulcans were produced making them very rare and of course very expensive, indeed the monsterous machine can be yours for around two million pounds (although you do get your own pit crew thrown in). Sadly the car isn't road legal so you will need to make a trip or two to your local track to let rip.
McLaren's 2015 P1 GTR is far less rare compared to the Aston with as many as 58 cars made (okay that's still very rare). Although more examples exist than the Vulcan, the McLaren is actually a little more expensive, clocking in at $2.5 million.
Once more, the P1 GTR is made purely for the track and with its 3.8 litre you could be forgiven for thinking it would be left in the Vulcan's dust. However somehow the wizards at McLaren have managed to squeeze a colossal 986 bhp from the relatively small engine and with a weight of just 1400Kg the performance is breathtaking.
You can expect to see the Aston Martini Vulcan, and the McLaren P1 GTR in Project CARS 2 when it releases later this year.
