News 2015 Ford Mustang joins The Crew’s car roster

Ubisoft has officially confirmed the latest car to feature in The Crew: the fifth-generation Ford Mustang GT.
Whilst not shown in any official gameplay footage at time of writing, the new Ford flagship has been showcased in a preview image of the upcoming 'CarPG' racing title.
Though the Mustang GT won't be making its racing game debut in The Crew – the fast Ford made its inaugural gaming appearance as a free add-on for Need for Speed: Rivals in December 2013 – The Crew will be the first exclusively eighth-gen title the Mark V 'Stang will feature in.
The 2015 model year Ford Mustang GT is the fifth incarnation of Ford's iconic pony car, and will be the first Mustang variant to be officially sold by Ford in Europe. To commemorate half-a-century of the Mustang name in 2014, a total of 1.964 'Ford Mustang 50th Anniversary Edition' variants will be sold this year.
