Summary
Project CARS is a landmark racing game. It succeeds as a focused and uncompromising thoroughbred racing simulator that bridges the gap between PC and consoles, representing motorsport at its most raw, most intense and most visceral. This is the complete package for the hardcore racing enthusiast that will keep you racing for months, and possibly years to come. If you consider yourself a racing game fanatic with a passion for motorsport, you’d be slightly mad not to take Project CARS for a spin.

NewsWhilst the Project CARS beta in its current state is already a pretty impressive gathering of iconic race tracks, fabulous road and race cars and stunningly accurate visuals and detailing, it seems they're not the only focal points of Slightly Mad Studios' highly anticipated racer. In announcements that were issued to all the registered members […]
NewsOne can never have enough Project CARS screenshots to admire its unquestionable beauty. Which is fortunate, because this latest bundle serves to highlight just one car. The car in question is the road-going BMW M3 E30, a car that we admittedly weren't expecting to see so soon given that it wasn't one of the […]
NewsIf you’re a PC gamer pining for racing games, then 2012 wasn’t really your year. Sure, there were cross-platform releases such as WRC3 and Need for Speed: Most Wanted to keep you entertained, but in terms of cutting edge PC-exclusives with glittering graphical prowess that brought your machine to a stuttering standstill, there wasn’t much […]

NewsWe've been drooling over Project Cars' stunning screenshots for some time now, but were never able to actually sit down and play it for ourselves. Until now. Thanks to Alan's new beefy gaming PC, we've finally managed to have our first hands-on with Slightly Mad Studios' much-anticipated PC sim, that's already been readily available in […]
NewsWe reported all the way back in June that the team at Slightly Mad Studios had acquired the Ford licence, but die-hard fans of the Blue Oval might have been a tad upset that none of the GT40 variants were referenced in the announcement, Now, though, that isn't the case: as part of Build 374, […]
NewsNot long ago, we reported on an intriguing new snow track revealed in Project CARS, but with no name and only a handful of screenshots to speculate over, it came across as an almighty tease on Slightly Mad Studio's part. However, thanks to some photos posted on their Facebook page, we now have a more […]

According to them, only 5% of players actually used the cockpit camera in previous games. In direct response to Codemasters' claims, user Jonz66 has compiled their own fan-made trailer of the […]
NewsGiven we're used to annoucing something regarding Project CARS on a regular basis, it's been quite surprising on our part that there haven't been noteworthy news pieces to deal with Slightly Mad Studios' upcoming sim title for a while. However, the train of WMD branded press releases may be back on track now, as we've […]
