Anyone bought the remastered version of Burnout Paradise?
I have the PC version and it runs really well – 60fps all of the time with 8xMSAA. The same joys and flaws are present as expected and it’s great to have all of the DLC for the game on the PC now.
Given owners of the original get 75% off the remaster, it was a simple solution.
Cheers!
I’m glad they applied that discount for PC owner, cos the leap from the standard version isn’t that huge. Fantastic game even today, though!
I’m going to go back to Paradise soon-ish, I did try to play it with my T300 but didn’t feel right at all – controller it is then 🙂
Yeah, the standard Xbox controller works well with this type of game.
I’ve never been into this title, would have much preferred an earlier Burnout game or a remastered Burnout 1-3 HD Trilogy.
It divided opinion, personally I really enjoyed Paradise, going to try to squeeze in a playthrough before the end of the year.
