Video Speedway: The Ultimate Mediocrity Simulator would be a better name for it.
The full-motion video would have made players go "Ooh!" the first time they saw it, but the novelty would soon have worn off, and it adds nothing at all to the most important aspect of any video game… the gameplay.
Dull as dishwater. Dull as dishwater after a great big fryup follwed by the dogs food bowl and then you dropped your muddy football boots in by mistake.
It's not good.
