Seven new cars for Gran Turismo Sport have been teased, ahead of their introduction to the game via a content update coming on 30th July 2018.
Once again initially released on Gran Turismo game director Kazunori Yamauchi's Twitter page, the batch of vehicles follows recent Gran Turismo Sport car additions in being fairly evenly split between road and racing cars.

The roster includes an array of older racing cars too, with the iconic outlines of the Ferrari 250 GTO and what appears to be the Mazda 787B (the only rotary engine-powered car to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race) also being distinguishable in the image.
Arguably the most interesting car in the teaser, though, is the central car which appears to be a single-seater racing car. Considering Gran Turismo Sport's ties with the current Mercedes F1 driver and four-times world champion Lewis Hamilton, it might not be too unreasonable to expect the car to be derived somewhat from a contemporary Mercedes hybrid Formula One car.
There's more to the update than the seven new cars, too. A feature that will allow players to customise the look of their avatar's racing overalls has also been hinted at, as has a new-to-the-series fictional circuit based in the Provence region of France.
More details on Gran Turismo Sport's July 2018 content update are expected to be revealed in tandem with the update's launch on 30th July.
