Rockstar Games is allegedly resuscitating the Midnight Club open world arcade racing game franchise, according to supposed leaked images.

First uploaded onto Reddit by username 'Derik2502', the screenshots claimed to be sourced from a Rockstar Games game tester's Xbox Live profile. A 'Game Hub' icon for the supposed Midnight Club game is also claimed to be accessible from official Microsoft servers.

Very little can be gleaned from the leaked images. However, on the assumption that they're legitimate, the screenshot featuring an R34-generation Nissan Skyline GT-R (below) does appear to suggest this new Midnight Club will retain customisation aspects from prior titles.

The Midnight Club franchise is an arcade racing series, with a primary focus on vehicle customisation and street racing. Since the launch of Midnight Club: Street Racing on the PlayStation 2 in the year 2000, three main sequels have been released, the most recent of which being 2008's Midnight Club: Los Angeles.
