Milestone have released patches for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO which includes fixes to reduce input lag and also to improve frame rate.
Those that are playing the PC version of Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO shouldn't fret as a patch has been announced which should appear within the next few days or so. The console patches are slightly different from one another and both changelogs can be seen below.
