Delivering on their promise, Milestone has released a new gameplay video for MXGP – The Official Motocross Videogame featuring Evgeny Bobryshev at Valkenswaard, which was showcased in the last batch of screenshots.
The video acts as a demonstration of two key features: Track Soil Deformation and First-Person View.
An optional feature, Track Soil Deformation will allow the surface to change dynamically throughout the race, with the changing conditions adding additional challenge and realism. Sounds pretty advanced for a last-generation game.
Meanwhile, a first-person camera option will be available in MXGP, as demonstrated in the video. It shouldn't be too surprising to anyone who has played other games in Milestone's library, but it certainly adds to the immersion and challenge, making for a more visceral experience whlst enhancing the visual perception, meaning you'll be able to judge jumps more accurately.

Add to this the option to control the rider and bike with both analogue sticks, and MXGP is shaping up to be another authentic motorsport game recreation in-line with MotoGP '13 and WRC4.
