News iRacing’s Nurburgring coming this fall, new preview video

iRacing.com have just released a short documentary style video which gives us a behind the scenes look at the ongoing development of the legendary Nurburgring track due for release this fall for iRacing.
iRacing will feature the Nurburgring Nordschleife circuit, the modern day Grand Prix circuit and the combination of the two which totals at a colossal 15.18 miles in length. The track was announced last year and was far and away the most requested track for the sim. Take a look at the behind the scenes video below.
The iRacing developers made their journey to the Nurburgring as a four-man team a spent a whole week photographing and taking video recordings of the iconic track and surroundings. The attention to detail and accuracy in the topography of the track and surrounding areas is breathtaking and should make for the most accurate virtual rendition of the track yet seen in a game.
