News Xbox One owners can now grab Project CARS for free

Late last month it was revealed that Project CARS was among the latest upcoming batch of titles that Xbox One owners can enjoy for free, assuming of course they have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
Well that day has come and Xbox One owners can now sample the delights of Project CARS' epic career mode, which sees you taking on multiple disciplines across a vast range of tracks, for no charge.
We were quite surprised by the addition of Project CARS as the latest Games with Gold offering however it is worth stating that is indeed not unusual to see a game made available for free prior to the release of a sequel.
We reviewed Project CARS and thought it was a landmark racing game bridging the gap between PC and console racing sims. It's the most complete package for the hardcore racing sim enthusiast with a wide range of disciplines and tracks that will keep you invested for some considerable time.
