The very latest update for Wreckfest sees the inclusion of the new “Sandpit 3” track (pictured) which will grant players the chance to race through a forest environment complete with hills.

Wreckfest Next Car Game Sandpit 3 trackThat's not the only new track included in the latest update either as BugBear Entertainment have also introduced a figure 8 layout for the Speedway 8 track which should make for some chaotic racing action.

The damage system sees some improvements, vehicles now have chassis heath and armour. The better condition of the armour the more it absorbs incoming damage, once the armour is depleted the vehicle chassis will take the full force of the impact.

Vehicles are now only completed destroyed once the chassis health drops to zero, you can also now see vehicle health next to the player's name which should help you pick your targets adding more strategy to proceedings.
