News Windows 10 users reporting issues with Forza Horizon 3

The Windows 10 version of Forza Horizon 3 is affected by a range of bugs and issues, according to players who've purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game.
As stated in threads on Reddit, NeoGAF and the official Forza Motorsport Forums, some users have reported an array of issues with the PC version of Forza Horizon 3 – with some even struggling to pre-load the Ultimate Edition of the game.
Other issues reported by users include (but aren't limited to) inconsistent framerates, game crashes and not having access to the content of the VIP Pass that's included with the Ultimate Edition.
It's worth pointing out, though, that other users claim the game is working fine on their systems. Turn 10 Studios' Design Director, Jon Knoles, has also confirmed a "strike team from the windows store" is currently assisting in finding a solution to the reported problems.
