News Vallelunga confirmed for appearance in Assetto Corsa

Kunos Simulazioni has confirmed the Autodromo di Vallelunga will be one of the licenced tracks in Assetto Corsa.
Given the circuit's deep association with Kunos (the Italian dev team has been based inside the confines of the racing venue since 2009), it's perhaps not too much of a surprise that Vallelunga will be one of the circuits that will be featured in the PC sim from launch.
With "Piero Taruffi" (Vallelunga's nickname, in honour of the Italian racing driver) being so close to Kunos' heart, it's easily apparent the dev team wish to replicate the FIA-homologated venue to the best of their ability and beyond.
And, judging by the visual renderings as shown in the latest batch of in-game previews you see below, Vallelunga's certainly shaping up rather nicely!
No details regarding when we might get the chance to experience the fabled Autodromo were mentioned, however.
