DriveClub isn't the the only next generation driving game playing hard-to-get, y'know. Ubisoft created quite a buzz when they announced The Crew at last year's E3; a hugely ambitious MMOR set on a map the size of the US. Like DriveClub, it too was delayed until later this year and has fallen off the radar ever since with radio silence all-round.
Mercifully, Ubisoft has now broken the silence, confirming that The Crew will be cruising onto PS4, Xbox One and PC in Autumn 2014. Sadly, they didn't disclose an exact release date.
We've also been treated to a new gameplay trailer; the first showing of the game since its debut at E3 last year giving us a peak at some of the action-packed mission-based driving missions, as well as some of the many US landmarks we can expect to visit on our travels.

You can expect our usual in-depth video and written coverage for The Crew very soon, as TeamVVV will be having an information blowout.
In the meantime, Ubisoft has released some new screenshots for The Crew confirming some previously unannounced cars, including the prestigious Pagani Huayra.
