Star Wars: Battlefront will feature a speeder bike racing mode, according to an article by PlayStation Magazine UK.

As stated in the title's September 2015 issue, the speeder bike races are part of Star Wars: Battlefront's trials modes, which allow players to familiarise themselves with the game's mechanics before jumping into the main co-op and multiplayer offerings.

Players will be able to participate in these races on their own, with competition presumably coming from AI bots. It will also be possible for two players to race each other at the same time, via online and local splitscreen co-op.

'Crash courses' for X-Wing fighter craft were also cited in the PlayStation Magazine article, though it's unknown if these will consist purely of dogfighting tutorials along the lines of what's featured in flying games like War Thunder or World of Warplanes.

Star Wars: Battlefront is a reboot of the popular sandbox shooter franchise by Swedish game developer DICE (the studio behind the critically and commercially succesful Battlefield series). The game will be released on 17th November 2015, on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
