Perhaps slightly later than originally planned, we now have the third part of our Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO preview ready for you guys to view.

In the third part we focus on our hands-on with Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO and have a chat about the general feel and look of the game. Unfortunately time was extremely limited on the game an we were in a room teeming with activity so it was very difficult to not only hear the game but also to really focus in on it with so many distractions around us.

Our quick hands-on with Milestone's upcoming game highlighted the shift towards more of a simulation style handling model when compared to previous rally titles from the Italian based development team. Indeed other journalists around us were crashing left right and centre as they struggling to get to grips with the more realistic handling model.

As mentioned previously it was hard to get a good idea on the sounds of Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO but we did notice the engine sounds seemed better in the cockpit view when compared to the bonnet cam. Overall the sounds we feel are perhaps still not quite there in terms of really capturing the rawness of rally cars but with each game Milestone seem to be getting ever better, but admittedly they still have some way to go.

The co-driver voice sounds very natural which is something that we couldn't say about the ones found in the recently released WRC 5 by Kylotonn Games. This helped to bolster the feeling of realism as you feel that you have someone sitting next to you along for the ride. Overall than we believe Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO has come a very long way from the Gamescom build and we look forward to getting some decent time with the racer so we can form a more detailed analysis.

Check out the third part of our Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO preview below and we'll have several comparison videos on the way in the near future.
