Gamestop.com and Amazon.co.uk have both listed Assetto Corsa's release date for the Xbox One and Playstation 4 consoles as April, 2016.
Rather than a typical last day of the month placeholder date, both of these sites have specific dates of April 26 and April 22 respectively which adds to the possibility that these dates could indeed be true for the US and UK releases of the racing sim.
Assetto Corsa was first announced for Sony's and Microsoft's current generations consoles back in June. Check our first impressions of the announcement and trailer in the video below.
The console version of Assetto Corsa is expected to feature over 100 cars including the Ferrari LaFerrari and the Mercedes C9. Over twenty tracks will also be available for the racing sim with no doubt more in the future if they are to give heavyweights like Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo some serious competition.
What do you make of the rumoured dates?
