Release Date: 06/05/2015

Retro Touring Cars have been confirmed as the final car class revealed for Project CARS.

Several iconic touring cars from yesteryear will feature, including the Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth, Ford Escort MK1, BMW M3 and Mercedes-Benz 190 E of BTCC and WTCC fame – perfect for racing round renowned touring car racks such as Brands Hatch, Snetterton and Oulton Park – all of which feature in Project CARS' track list. It wouldn't surprise us if BTCC and WTCC-themed DLC is served up at some point after release.

Project CARS aims to represent as many classes of motorsport as possible, with eight distinct racing disciplines spanning road cars, retro touring cars, karting, track day cars, supercars, Le Mans prototypes, GT and open wheelers.

With only one week until launch, the full car list has also now been released, with 65 cars making up the roster in total.

Are you looking forward to getting behind the wheel of some retro touring cars in Project CARS?
