Independent developer Buddy Cops and publisher Devolver Digital have recently announced a deal to publish the retro-styled physics-based craziness that is OmniBus.

The title, which features “the most powerful bus in the universe that can't slow down” is currently slated for a Spring 2016 release on PC, Mac, and Linux platforms. Omnibus features several gameplay modes including mission mode, trick mode and versus multiplayer mode for up to four players. To get a good idea on the wackiness of Omnibus, check out the tongue-in-cheek video below.

With it's colourful appearance and silly action (said to be inspired by PlayStation 1 style physics) Omnibus looks potentially a lot of fun. The game actually raised over $8,000 with its Kickstarter campaign which launched in August 2015 so it's fair to say that OmniBus does have a lot of fans already.

If you can't wait until Spring, why not check out the OmniBus demo located here.
