News Need for Speed steelbook announced for US

A Need for Speed steelbook listing has emerged on the North American Amazon site recently which is strange considering the game has been out for almost two weeks now.
The Need for Speed steelbook edition, available for both the Playstation 4 and Xbox One, currently has a price tag of $59.99 and is an Amazon exclusive with a release date of December 4. This of course puts the steelbook release a full month after the game's original launch.
The steelbook depicts the 5 icons found within the reboot along with a couple of the game's cars all set to that moody dark blue appearance. Curiously, the steelbook costs virtually the same as the regular game too which prompts the possibility that the regular version may receive a price cut in the very near future. There's no knowing yet whether this steelbook will arrive in the UK, if it does we may even have to wait until the new year to get our hands on it.
