News Need for Speed Most Wanted ‘Get Wanted’ trailer calls in the cops

It's trailer time once again at VVV, and this time Need for Speed Most Wanted takes center stage in another action-packed showing.

Appropiately, this latest trailer for Criterion's sophomore Need for Speed game doesn't get sidetracked with social garnish involving the game's central Autolog. Instead, we get to see what the game is all about in its purest form: driving fast cars at breakneck speed whilst evading the police in the most high-octane pursuits possible in a driving game. 

Of course, being a Criterion game you are actively encouraged to use brute force at every opportunity, and the trailer doesn't shy away from showing the game's car roster bruised and battered in practically every shot.

Outwitting the pursuing police is also made easy when you can swap cars mid-chase and have a diverse open world environment chock full of short cuts to play with.

It's just a bit of a shame you can't play as the police like in Hot Pursuit, but we're nontheless looking forward to experiencing Most Wanted's pulse-pounding pursuits when it screeches onto the streets November 1st.
