News Lykan Hypersport features in Forza Motorsport 6 Polo Red DLC

It was inevitable, really. After first appearing in DriveClub and subsequently Project CARS, the ultra-rare W Motors Lykan Hypersport has made its way into Forza Motorsport 6 as part of the new Ralph Lauren Polo Red Car Pack.
Famous for being first supercar to be produced in the Middle East, the Lykan Hypersport is notorious for its phenomenal performance and astronomical price tag.
It's also known for being a bit ostentatious, with a choice of Diamonds, Yellow Diamonds, Rubies, Sapphires and Emeralds encrusted in the headlights. Only seven were also produced, making it exceedingly rare.
It's little wonder, then, that the Lykan Hypersport has earned a reputation for being one of the most prestigious supercars in the world – as well as one of the most expensive, at $3.4 million.
The Lykan Hypersport's recurring appearances in racing games will have undoubtedly raised its profile – not to mention its role in the Box Office sensation Fast and Furious 7 in which its 5 minutes of fame amounted to it plummeting off a skyscraper in Dubai. Speaking of which, it's strange that the Hypersport failed to appear in Forza Horizon 2's Fast and Furious Car Pack.
Accompanying the Hypersport in the DLC pack are a selection of race-spec machines spanning different disciplines of motorsport and a couple of classics from different continents to choose from: the 2015 Nissan #1 NISMO MOTUL AUTECH GT-R, 1973 Holden HQ Monaro GTS 350, 1973 Nissan Skyline GT-R, 1979 Opel Kadett C GT/E, 2014 Toyota #8 Toyota Racing TS040 HYBRID and 2015 Mazda Formula Mazda.
As always, the pack can be obtained free of charge to Forza Motorsport 6 season pass owners, or bought separately for $6.99. Each car can also be bought individually.
