Latest WRC 7 trailer showcases "epic" long stages

Kevin Dooley On July 12, 2017

The release of WRC 7 draws ever nearer and it's fair to say the development have been keeping their cards close to their chest so far.

Developer Kylotonn Games has teased one new addition to the series: long stages. Rally games throughout the years suffered from short stages thanks to technical limitations, these boundaries seem to be less of an issue recently, as we've enjoyed lengthy stages in DiRT Rally, DiRT 4 and now WRC 7 will join the club.

Known as “epic stages” these stages are said to be as long as 20km in length which should take players as much as 15-20 minutes to complete. This will no doubt test players to their limits as playing a stage even after just 5 minutes requires absolute concentration and focus to succeed.

WRC 7 is due out for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 some time this Autumn, you can view the very latest trailer for the title below.
