News Latest GT Sport trailer showcases 4K, HDR & VR

As expected, Gran Turismo Sport made its appearance at the PlayStation Experience 2016 event. Developer Polyphony Digital once has again released a trailer for the upcoming FIA endorsed title which showed off a number of features.
Sadly no release date was announced at the event or indeed in the trailer, instead we simply have a “2017” placeholder date which doesn’t bode well for an early 2017 release in my opinion.
The trailer gives us a look at the title in 4K resolution, we also get to see a glimpse of some VR in action, along with some night and rally racing, HDR lighting, a pit crew changing tyres and presumably some dubbed car audio (if older Gran Turismo trailers are anything to go by).
Admittedly, the trailer did seem to be more of a technical showcase rather than giving us anything new to get excited about. Let us know your thoughts on the trailer in the comments, you can view the latest Gran Turismo Sport trailer in all its 4K goodness below.
