The Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo racing car will be featured in the upcoming Project CARS 2 racing game.

As stated by Project CARS 2 developer Slightly Mad Studios, the Huracan Super Trofeo (pictured, image sourced from Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A) is included in the studio's new licensing arrangement with Lamborghini.

It's currently unknown if the license covers other Lamborghini vehicles, though it's presumed that this deal encompasses a range of road and racing models from the fabled Italian supercar manufacturer.

The Huracan Super Trofeo announcement also suggests that the one-make Lamborghini Super Trofeo racing series may be represented in Project CARS 2 in some capacity. Unlike entries in the Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport franchises, Project CARS rarely featured cars from different eras and sporting regulations in the same race events, so it's presumed that a similar format will be adopted for Project CARS 2

Lamborghini's Huracan LP620-2 Super Trofeo is a racing car that, despite being heavily based on the GT3 racer that competes in the Blancpain Endurance series, is only eligible for the sanctioned Lamborghini Super Trofeo championships.

At time of writing, the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo isn't represented in any racing game, though the one-make racer has been confirmed for eventual inclusion in the PC racing sim Assetto Corsa.
