This is the JXD S7800b Android tablet, as sold by funstock. (Get a 5% discount using this code  "TEAMVVV" ) A very nice gaming system, and a wonderful piece of kit for emulation, allowing you to play all those old (and not so old) racing games that you loved "back in the day".

So far I have emulators up and running for Sega Mega Drive, Master System, Mega CD, 32X & Dreamcast. Sony PS1 and PSP. mame4all and mame4droid arcade emulators. Nintendo NES, SNES, N64, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance and DS. Neo Geo. Atari 2600 & Lynx. PC Engine. Wonderswan. Commodore Amiga and C64. Sinclair Spectrum. Acorn BBC Micro… with more that I've yet to try.

Specs are as follows

CPU: RockChip 3188 (quad core, 1.6 GHz Cortex A9 CPU, ARM mali400 GPU).
Memory: 2GB RAM DDR3
Display: 7-inch, 1280×800 IPS
Inputs: Touchscreen

D-pad

Microphone

Gyroscope
Controllers: D-pad

L1/R1, L2/R2 bumper buttons

Volume buttons

Power button
Cameras: 0.3M front camera, 1.9M back camera
Connectivity: WiFi

Mini HDMI output

MicroSD card slot
Dimensions: length: 245 mm, width:120.5 mm, height:16.5mm
Weight: 500g

Battery life is proving to be variable, depending on what you're doing. Emulation of high spec systems, like the Dreamcast, will hit the batteries hard, while older ones, or native Android games and software, will give it an easier time.

All in all though, it proves to be about what you'd expect from a system of this spec and performance.

In conclusion, this system impresses me greatly, and the few minor flaws are overshadowed by impressive performance and versatility. The inclusion of physical conrols put it a step above many other tablets for gaming purposes… and all at a very reasonable price.
