News Historic racecars coming soon to rFactor 2

It's no secret that the developers at Image Space Incorporated are infatuated with historic motorsport, which would explain why so much of it is available in rFactor 2. Right now you can race round the Belgium, Italy and Monaco circuits from the 1960's for example, and there's a rich variety of vintage open wheel racecars to enjoy.

rFactor 2's classic car collection will soon be further enriched with a selection of additional historical content covering a range of eras, including the 2003 winning Bentley Le Mans car and the late Senna's 1984 Toleman TG184.

Here's a round-up of all the cars you can expect to see in rFactor 2 soon:
 

• Mercedes-Benz W196 and W196 Streamline
• Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR
• 1966-1968 Eagle Climax-Weslake T1G/Mk I 
• 1968 Eagle Mk IV
• 1984 Toleman TG184
• 2003 Bentley Speed 8

In addition, the Howston G4 and G6 (pictured in the image above), which are based on the real life Lola T70 specifications, and the AC Cars 27 (Cobra) will soon be making their way into rFactor 2. To mark the upcoming release of the Howston's, ISI are running a community contest where you can submit custom paint jobs – the best livery will be included in the final release. You can enter the competition on the official rFactor 2 website.
