News GT Sport: future Porsche models to be unveiled in the ‘near future’

Earlier this month we had the confirmation that Porsche will be coming to the Gran Turismo series at some point with some in-game Gran Turismo Sport images of the Porsche 911 (991) GT3 RS in action.

Porsche themselves has now also teased more Porsche models for Gran Turismo on their official Facebook and Twitter pages stating “stay tuned for more exciting Porsche content for the upcoming Gran Turismo Sport (available only for PlayStation) in the near future.”

Sadly no hint to what these other vehicles actually are were given, but perhaps intriguing is the fact that Porsche said “near future” suggesting the reveal or perhaps even GT Sport's release date is not too far away.

Since EA's Porsche exclusively expired we are seeing more and more titles now embracing the famous German manufacturer and it almost feels as if there's hardly a week that passes without some title acquiring new models or deals with Porsche.
