News First look at the drifting discipline in Valentino Rossi The Game

The drifting discipline was a surprising addition to Valentino Rossi The Game and we try out the mode at a few different tracks.
Developer Milestone have previously stated that the car handling model is based on Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO's albeit with some changes. Once you spend some time with the drifting discipline it becomes very clear that the physics have been simplified and made much more arcade like and accessible.
Your goal is to drift around the turns with more points awarded for angle of drift and speed carried. You are given three targets: gold, silver and bronze, each with a pre-determined amount of points to achieve. You don't have much time either, in fact you'll only have under two minutes to achieve the targets so you'll need to score high at each turn to earn gold.
