Another week, another F1 2013 video, this time taking a spin in the ’96 Ferrari driven by Michael Schumacher around the twisty banked corners of Estoril. a course that’s great fun to drive but also retains a certain historical character that really works with these older cars.
Of course the big news today is that Stefano Domenicali will be stepping down as Team Principle of Ferrari and will be replaced by Marco Mattiacci, who is currently CEO of Ferrari North America. It is thought that this is a temporary role until a more permanent candidate can be found. This put Ross Brawn firmly in the spotlight, but will he want that expectation? Having been under the huge pressure of delivering for the Tifosi, Ross fully understands what will be expected and I’ve noted my initial thoughts in the video.
That’s it for this week. Which car and track combinations would you like to see me driving? Tell me in the comments and I’m happy to announce the “Log-in with Facebook’ button is now working.
