News Driveclub’s future looks bright with lots of new content on the way

Although we've had the very last piece of content released for the current season pass for the Playstation 4 exclusive racer Driveclub, it doesn't look like the game's new content will be slowing down anytime soon.
“It’s amazing to see the global network of connected racers and clubs in Driveclub keep growing, and we’re looking forward to the year ahead. The community, the game and the servers are all really strong and there’s plenty of new features and updates coming to the game, so there’s never been a better time to join us” said Evolution Studios' community Development Manager Jamie Brayshaw on the official Playstation blog.
Evolution Studios say they are going to add more content to Driveclub every month whether you have the full release or the free PlayStation Plus version. New content in the works not only includes the usual cars and tracks but also additional features and modes will make it into Driveclub with “some big surprises on the way.“ In fact you'll only need to wait a few more days until you'll have access to Driveclub's free car for August – the Ferrari 488 GTB.
Evolution Studios are constantly listening out to their fans to shape the future of their racer. “We’re already working on your most popular requests. Fully customisable multiplayer lobbies, new difficulty options, more tracks, community events, extra photomode options, fine-tuning for drift mode, smarter notifications and many more developments are all incoming.” Explains Brayshaw.
Furthermore, Brayshaw has also confirmed that Driveclub will get more sprint mode tracks in the game's very next update. Driveclub players can currently take advantage of Double XP on all of the 15 cars available in the Playstation Plus version which will run until August 24.
