The British video game developer Criterion helped develop the speeder bikes in EA's Star Wars: Battlefront reboot.

Not-so-subtly hinted at on Criterion Games' Twitter account, the former Burnout developer revealed it assisted DICE in crafting Battlefront's 74-Z Imperial Speeder Bikes.

It's unknown, though, exactly to what extent Criterion was involved in the creation of this asset – and whether it also applied to the singleplayer tutorial mission in the game, that tasks players with pursuing and eliminating Rebel forces on the forest moon of Endor.

Star Wars: Battlefront is a first/third-person shooter developed by the Swedish game studio DICE, and is the first triple-A Star Wars game to be published under EA's Star Wars licensing arrangement with Disney and LucasFilm.
