World of Speed will feature a a cockpit camera viewpoint option, developer Slightly Mad Studios has revealed.
According to the official announcement on the World of Speed forums, the cockpit camera perspective will allow players to "truly get behind the wheel" of the particular car they're competing in. The ability to look around the interior during races was also mentioned in the statement.
Slightly Mad Studios also used the cockpit camera confirmation to unofficially reveal an all-new car for World of Speed: the Abarth 500.
Incidentally, the Fiat 500-based performance hatchback is the first confirmed car for World of Speed that isn't shared with the free-to-play racing game's sister title, Project CARS.
