News Carmageddon Max Damage release slips into July

Looks like pedestrians everywhere will be safe for a little longer, as Carmageddon Max Damage has suffered a small delay. Originally due to crash onto consoles June 3rd, Carmageddon Max Damage will now launch on PS4 and Xbox One July 8th, "which allows the development team extra time to give the game a final polish before delivery and ensure it’s the best it can be for a new audience of console gamers."

Debuting on console for the first time in nearly 20 years, Carmageddon Max Damage picks up where the series left off featuring high octane car combat and violent pedestrian pummelling. An arsenal of insane powerups will be at your disposal as you wreak havoc in different environments with a variety of ways to win. Classic Carmageddon, then. 

Publisher Sold Out also revealed the preorder bonuses for Carmageddon Max Damage, including two exclusive cars which you can see below:
 

• Two extra player cars: The “Tez Eagle” and the “Iron Hawk”.
• Four skins: Two additional paint schemes for each of the cars.
• Digital comic: An exclusive digital download for pre-order customers, entitled, “Where Eagles Die”.
