The development team at Assetto Corsa has released three images which give us a tantalising glimpse of the upcoming fictional Scottish track (not to be confused with DriveClub's Bannochbrae) following its initial reveal in the recent blog update which detailed a number of upcoming treats for Assetto Corsa.
Not a great deal is known about the fictional track, but these screenshots do reveal a very believable country location which is complete with long, bumpy roads and a picturesque town. The Scottish track will join the existing Black Cat County location as the second fictional track.
According to developer Kunos the Scottish track will be available in four different configurations and will satisfy elements of city track (or should that be town track?), drift and endurance racing. The fictional track is currently on schedule for a Q1 2017 release.
Are Kunos testing the water for a future open-world title with these fictional settings? Or perhaps a new title consisting of fictional locations only? Remember you heard it here first.
