For months on end we were cruely deprived of information regarding Kuno's upcoming PC simulation Assetto Corsa, and yet we're suddenly being swamped with revealing gameplay footage that leaves us wanting more.

In the most extended gameplay video yet, this latest glimpse not only reveals that the F1 Nürburgring circuit will be in the game, but also shows some truly promising physics as demonstrated by Kunos' Project Manager Marco Massarutto, particularly when it comes to the sensation of weight transfer:

As more details and videos emerge, our anticipation for Assetto Corsa is certainly growing. With its gorgeous graphics, immersive sense of speed and promising physics, it's looking set to deliver the complete package for the PC sim racing crowd - hopefully the car and track list will do the game justice. Suddenly, it seems that the seemingly untouchable Project CARS may be facing some stiff competition.

Assetto Corsa is looking to be fantastic & it's being made by a tiny team. If it transpires that AC's graphics are slightly more advanced than FVA I won't care; the physics will be top notch as will the FFB. Kunos are brilliant!

CARS has sensational graphics but I'm still not convinced that the physics will be as solid as we all hope for. Chasing the console market may result in a less 'full-on' simulation.

The best part is PC gamers are winners either way & we are still waiting to see what SimBin have for us.
